Ed Arre, St. Maarten based novelist, launched his fourth book Rapacious at the Roland Richardson Gallery. Mr. Ed Arre a retired journalist and marketing consultant, said: ”Although St. Gregory is a fictional place, St. Maarten readers are sure to recognize many familiar characters and locations.” Ed Arre presented copies of his book to the directress of the Philipsburg Jubilee Library, Mrs. Monique Alberts. Mrs. Alberts assured Mr. Arre that the book will be in the collection along with his other books entitled: Terror, Deadline, and The Prisoner.
